My name is Cameron and this site is basically a summation of all my years of research into health and dieting. The information I share here is meant to be interesting and insightful. I am not a dietitian, nutritionist or a personal trainer. What I am is a young BBA student at a Canadian University who happens to have a general interest in health and fitness and wants to share my discoveries with the world.

Of course I provide free diet information, but I don’t scam and rip diets off of the people who deserve credit for them. Don’t expect me to reveal the entire atkins diet, or zone diet, or eat clean diet, etc… What you can expect though is my opinions on these various diets and in some cases my experiences with them. I will research the true science behind the diets and help you understand what is truly the-healthy-diet.

As a boy growing up I always had troubles with weight and excess fat. Of course everyone thought it was baby fat, but as I grew, I stayed the same shape and softness and it did bother me. I was one of those kids who was called “chubby” in school and it truly does hurt your self-esteem. Well I am living proof that anyone can turn “chubbyness” into a fit and strong physique.

Along with my family we tried various diets. Low fat, Low calorie, Atkins diet, low carb, high protein, you name it, I’ve tried it. The truth is in the research… which I share with you throughout this site.

As a university student, this site is simply a hobby that I add to in my free time. Any money that I do make, simply covers the costs of the hosting, so you can be assured that there are no hidden agendas here… I just want to share what I have learned so you to can be fit, slim and healthy like me.
